Hello!

Quick question. I just saw a youtube video detailing a release for AP where there is a new Terran Plot added. Unfortunately I don't see anything on the site about this?

Is this fake?

Probably! Patch 2.1a was only released yesterday!

I say this because the 17th was my birthday and with the 2.1a patch not only fixing my game I got an extra bonus of 2 free Centaurs & 2 free Adv. Disco's from the main plot.

Surely I can't get another super-duper gift in the form of a Terran Plot could I?

It just confused me. I think that is the official channel? I'm a newbie to the website and forums... so I wasn't sure.

Also, I figured they would put something up on the main page first.

Ah well. I like the trailer, and it gets me excited. Also. Saya. I have been playing X2, and its kinda saddening to hear her justify it like this. I thought it would have been a bit of a deeper meaning behind her doing what she did. She sounds like a common terrorist to me. Then again, I havn't played TC much at all.

Well after almost a year in Terran Conflict and a nice parenthesis in Reunion (heard wonders of the fighter class

) I was in search of a good reason to bite the biggest chunk of Albion Prelude as well, seems like this might be the one! Since I hate the idea of playing as an Argon to get the plot rewards, being Terran to the core

Sorry, being introduced to the X universe as a Terran Defender in TC means I don't care much about Saya's destiny, she deserved to die like the terrorist she is

The only addition I might ask for is corporations rewards. More contents would be nice obviously but AP is already good as it is on that regard.

Seems to hint at one more patch update from Ego. Looks like they're replacing the into move to more clearly explain the destruction of the Torus.

Think I'll back up the movies before I let AP get updated.

I saw the vid and missed this info.

Anymore info on the patch and extra game content?

Are we talking a mini plot or something more substantial?

The last mini plots were good but very short.

There is no current Terran plot in AP, which is why people translate "a new Terran plot" into "THE Terran Plot", as in the counterpart of the Argon main plot.

They can probably also code some hooks / leads into getting the HUB, unfocused jump drive, etc., so maybe we'll see that too.

And they may fix some more of the bugs, of course.

July ends in a couple weeks; have patience.

Good news indeed, thanks in advance to egosoft. I knew there would have to be a fix out sometime for the Terran players... (though it should have been included right at the start of AP imo

) ... This may also mean that XRebirth is still a long way from being released ... feeding the 'troops' with AP stuff during the delay .... keep em alive for TNBT...

I don't know what to believe now. There's still nothing on the stickies, yet that video was too well done to be a simple fake. OTOH the promo for the film about Squiddy McSquid was well put together too, but had the resources of Egosoft behind it.

On the other hand it means Saya really did blow the Torus on purpose. Just as I was getting to like the girl. Still at least Mira wasn't involved. Always prefered her anyway.
