X3TC - special 'missions'

Hello pilots,
I'd like to start this thread about special 'missions' or special ways how to play X3 game(s).
I mean - what to do if you want to kill some time waiting for something (like training marines) or what to do in X3 when you can have everything you want.
These 'missions' are my favorites:

M3/M4/M5 vs M7 dogfight
- difficulty: hard
- goal: kill M7 class ship only with fighter class ship
- in my case: Spitfyre vs Xenon Q, 40 minutes

Destroy station with M3/M4/M5
- difficulty: hard
- goal: destroy enemy station only with fighter class ship, other enemies can be used as support :)
- in my case: Notus Hauler vs Xenon Shipyard (+2xQ +1xK), 30 minutes

Clean Xenon Sector with M8
- difficulty: easy
- goal: destroy all ships just with Tomahawks
- nothing special - just nice to watch all those explosions :) (Split Viper, 200xTHM)

M3/M4/M5 vs M2/M1
- difficulty: hard
- goal: destroy M2 or M1 class ship with M3/M4/M5, enemy ships can be used as support
- I haven't finished this yet .. it's little bit tricky (flak cannons .. :)

There are two rules for new 'missions':
1. no game modifications must be required for 'mission'
2. 'mission' cannot depends on generated content (like regular missions), other players must be able to do it .. somehow :)

My missions usually revolve around economy

Mission 1:
Revitalize the Yaki economy (keep it running)
Several ways to do this, from just a few stations to building entire complexes.
Difficulty: easy/moderate

Mission 2:
Rebuild sectors levelled by Invading NPC's. it can heppen that rival NPC's level their enemies sectors. In some cases it can affect far more then just that sector, practically stalling half the race's region in that part of the universe.(example, a sector containing the only SPP's within a 2 jump radius is destroyed)
Tip: check the bordersectors of Paranid/Argon and Boron/Split for such levelled sectors.
Difficulty: Moderate

Mission 3:
Revitalize sectors/regions that are economically *dead* by building alot of fabs to get it fired up again. This happens mostly in terran space, albeit I noticed the sectors in the east of the map have this problem alot as well.
Commonwealth revitalizing: easy/moderate
Terran revitalizing: Hard(moderate if you complete a certain plot)

Mission 4
Kay this is a mix between economy & largescale military deployment
Try to take & hold X347 (xenon sector between Scale Plate Green and 18 Billion.
Why? This is the only Xenon sector that is placed inside a race region (Teladi) and thereby offers interesting RP value (rp it as a retaken Teladi sector) Also if somewhat secured, it gets lots of traffic from NPC's, including large military patrols on regular basis.
This is best done when you churn oàut money like a printing press.
Difficulty: Most assurely hard /impossible

I can smoke any ship with my Medusa ( named it "Harbinger' ) how I have it kitted out. I like to attack big ships with it. Oodles of fun. The economic themed ones look fun. I've actually got Xenon Sector x347 locked down very tightly. I have 6 Cerberus ships, 3 Titans, 3 Colossus ships, 10 HCP's accompanied by their fighter wings ( 3 Elites, 2 Novas and a Gladiator each )
Each of the carriers has a full load of mixed fighters on board also ( elites / novas ), and the orbital weapons platforms are working overtime there. Needless to say, it's a several hundred million credit operation to lock it down. I haven't placed my PHQ yet , I'm thinking of doing it there.

Just admit it, you are simply bored... ;-)

Save before doing one these missions:

- build stations on top of Xenon ships, but use the cheapest available to humiliate them (as far as you can humiliate a machine).

- tease HQ ships... I shot down the OTAS Boreas and her "friends" (M7M Escort). For Boreas you get really bad Argon rep, but OTAS stays calm, also their OWP. After killing off her "friends" I was through with Argon and went on rampage.

- go to Aldrin 2 and use a M7/M2 and kill all "Transports" (Springblossom) coming through the TOA/Gate

- take part in a XI and watch from afar the fireworks (or better help the Xenon out, they are short on men!)

- accept a "defend station" mission and also watch the fireworks

Did it in X3, Nova Vs Q, Tooooook forever but if you hide EXTREMELY close to the ship in the guns blind spots and just hack away... you'll eventually nail it. :) Did I mention it took a while!

Spanking M1/M2's with an M3/M4 is easy. 8 mass drivers and a hold full of ammo and you are set. Used to do it for fun in x3R. Haven't gotten bored enough to give it a try in X3TC yet, but the time will come...

MD, 1
MD ammo, 30

Park "inside" the cylindrical centre of a SPP, set turret to "attack my target", go get a beer (or seven...)

Mission: Run Xenon 472 in a TS, TM, or Buster
-Diffficulty: depends but generally hard
I have done this in a TM (Boa) and the Buster.

Speeding mostly.

If there's ever a 30m/s speed-limit in the X-verse, it'll be my fault. Sorry.

Difficulty - varies with blood/alcohol levels.

Haha I goofed it was the J (Checked the save, Good Call)... but I have popped a Q as well :) . All this in X3R.
