perhaps the 'importance' of flags just got a bit reduced imo then.

It looks like the 'empire : no of factories' got updated,
how long is the 2500+ facs game?
(I remember my 1 year X3R game only had 640 or so facs).

Whose 2500+ game? One can track the ingame age by noting the nickname and then searching for either the user profile or game age table. Darn inconvenient, but possible.

Personally, I don't like the medals because (1) they can keep users in vanilla for no real reason, and (2) I like to do the bragging myself.

The medals being as "silly" as they are now, is therefore IMHO a Good Thing.

The forums don't seem to be recognising a load of my statistics, not sure why. They don't appear on my profile, but they are still there on the uplink page...

Somewhat confused by the stats shown in the profile for your profile:

An earlier upload had much more info,
later upload is a more advance game, but shows less info.

Edit:
Looks like I accidentally had a temporary *modified* flag.

I had that issue yesterday.. so i updated my stats and it fixed it

Are there currently any testing in the medal's system? My medals are changing, sometimes I have two, some times three, and then again back to two.

Is there an area/link a person could hit to just get the stat list for a game instead of getting the entire profile data?

Some German users have had similar issues. I bet the Forum server fetches stats from the stats server and that communication has glitches, rather than any admin messing around.

Noticed my gold badge for top 3 (boarding) has disappeared.

I assume it was changed to reflect the fact that many people have boarded one ship (vidar) and succeeded.

I noticed that once I decided to stop putting exactly 2bil on my player account (lame), I am no longer getting 3-rd medal either. And I am in top 10 in several categories.

I uploaded my most recent stats today and feel that there a couple that have not been updated, active satellites and passengers transported.

Are these supposed to show the exact amount that have been placed/taken or are they worked out in some other way?

Not really a massive problem but keeps niggling me when I update.

Any ideas?

Active satellites only accounts for regular nav sats, not advanced satellites. And passenger transported only account regular taxi missions, not the transport military personnel type.

I believe it does count the military transport missions, however it only counts as 1 passenger even if you move 12 military personnel.

yeah, passenger's transported should be renamed to, number of passenger missions completed.

Reunion's fairs, no better... Reunion only counts the number of passengers you had during the adventure tour missions.

As for the forum medals from TC... for a gold, all you'd have to do is board successfully once, on the only try and never upload, again. (like roughly 500 people have done....)
