Sorry i havent been around RL is keeping me busy but i have updated the original post for the X3 R scripts the links are now working :D


Hopefully soon i can get back to working on these scripts for you guys if RL lets me :D

It is possible to make Russian translation of commands(teams) of a script?

yes it would be possible but unfortunatly i only speak english if someone was willing to translate it to russian and send it to me i could add the text file into the download, the text file is 7277

You should better ask at elitegames_dot_ru forum, they are skilled in scripts translation. And send the result to X420TokeAlot.

The other way - I can translate it, but can't test (only have an english version of X3TC with loads of EN scripts).

Found a freakin' wrecked Terran Odin in Rolk's Legacy!!!!!!! Hahahahahahaha! Now no one can resist my awesome power! I love being able to reduce entire sectors to rubble for under 100 mil.

I suspect I know the reasoning behind why you need to pay cash to get the ships rebuilt, but from a role-playing standpoint, isn't it enough to invest the time and materials beside which you need a rather large freighter to begin with? What are you spending the credits on other than what you have already spent? If nothing else, having to invest money in equipping the ship really should be enough. Equipping something as big as my Ragnarok (my Odin) costs a large fortune to do.

Fortunately, since I'm playing with XTM I actually have somewhere I can buy the rather rare weaponry I need. It's bloody expensive, though.

Ok guys i have been working on the scripts the past few days and i have changed a few things......

so with the changes i have made i do need some people to try things out and see how it goes... your response would be appreciated

the main thing i have changed that i need tested is i went through the different debris wrecks and found a bunch were not correct so i went and changed them so they should be some what correct now to allow more debris to be repaired.

i do not know if all the debris are used in the game but i put the majority in to the scripts..... i believe i counted 30 different wrecks that could be repaired and about 6 stations :D also there are M2 wrecks in the universe
so i have opted to use the valhalla as the M2 to repair if the majority of people want this changed i will change it otherwise it stays as is.

now i have randomly picked the ships so if you would like different ships to show up as debris for repairing let me know and i will see what i can do.

check the first post for the download.

I just tested the latest version and... well... found some changes. All the wrecks that formerly were shown to be some TS Haulers (don't remember which one) are now Valhalla leftovers.
So right now I have 4 (!) repairable Valhallas in President's End!

I hope I did alright by removing the v3 version and installing the 3.01 with the script manager. If I did and everything is working by the numbers I would like to have it reduced to 1 Valhalla maximum.

Another thing: one wreck in PE was a OWP before (v3) and still is capital size in 3.01. Analysis says it's a Kestrel...

I have a feeling that something is messed up with my installation of the script.

now for the wrecks in President's End are M2 wrecks (all of them i believe) so i wasnt sure on which M2 it should be to be repairable :? and opted for the vahalla, and i will look into the wreck for the OWP. I was trying to relate the wrecks to the proper ship and stations they should be but unfortunatley there are only 5 or 6 different station wrecks and about 25 or so different ship wrecks, neither is enough for a full compliment of repairable ships or stations so i have to choose which ships or stations would be default.


Maybe if i can ..... allow the user to choose what type of ship or station the wreck should be repaired to i dunno yet.

so for right now the M2 wrecks are Valhalla's
and all other wrecks are mixed ships of different races and types ranging from M5 to m6 i think (cant remember at the moment)

so no you havent messed anything up :D

Nice script.. Was able to repair the debris in the hub..

Having a bit of a problem with the broken gate. (maybe I'm a bit dense)
Repairing 2 gates will take a TL, stocked to the brim with resources.
To repair and link 2 gates you have to navigate to the first gate and repair it (it will be marked for linking)
Then navigate to another gate and repair it too.
Only repairing the last gate will actually require resources and should be instantaneous
Used a Mammoth and filled it with the required resources.

Used it at the broken gate at Heretics end.
(I filled it because the repair function stated it couldn't do it when it was empty)
Tried it with a filled mammoth,
Something popped up and said I must target a second gate.
I went to the second gate at Rhy's Crusade(The TL needed the e-cell for repair and I didnt send it..) and selected gate..(nothing happened.)

(required insert: Took over pirate base- used freight drone to transfer some engine tuning and rudder opt.- to sell someplace else- TL was and Atom. Lifter- BAD Idea.. but now I have a Atom. Lifter that does 300 and turns on a dime- without using the Crycows cheats!)
Lifter has 80K worth of storage.

So I filled the Lifter with a second group of resources and went to Rhy's Crusade and used the repair function. Got the same message about targeting a second gate.
Sent myself and the Lifter back to Heretics End gate and tried it..
(The Lifter beat me to the broken gate)

Nothing happened..

So what am I doing wrong. I got a Mammoth and a Lifter filled with resources to fix two broken gates and each will no longer do the command at the respected gates. But they may work someplace else.

Can you help>

I don't have the beta test version-3.1 (I have ver 3.0) and have 2.1 version of X3TC.

PS.. I'm guess it's too early right now because I posted this in the wrong thread..

Repairing 2 gates will take a TL, stocked to the brim with resources.
How much cargo space of resources is that? TLs range from 34000 cargo space (Elephant) to 80000 space(Atmospheric lifter). One TL filled to the brim can easily be two of another.

A Mammoth is pressed with the resources. A Lifter will have room to spare.
The Aran class cannot do repairs. Any other TLs will not have the space.
