Shock I think I have a much better idea of where the entire story is going now!
Have a rough draft of the final page. Plus some decent notes as to how I imagine this might occur. Still I'm sure there will be some - unexpected - consequences along the way as other items spring to mind! Before I had a vague direction now I have some clear instructions to follow. Will be interesting to see what effect this has.

Really really enjoyed chapter 31, this just gets better and better. Really enjoyed the training scene - very exciting and I definitely didn't see the twist coming. These Damned are pretty badass.

The Legion of the Damned based loosely on other stories I've read that included Penal legions going right back to Sven Hassel I think - not sure of the spelling? My cousin was a great fan of wwII stories and got me reading this stuff when I was about 12.
My characters are probably pretty pale by comparison.

Bad news about to lose my home internet for a spell. landlady is changing providers. Guess I wil have to make runs to the local library until BT sort it out. Normal service will return as soon as possible.
12:43 pm and still here I wonder when it will cut out. Guess maybe after today rather than today? Or maybe they are just a bit slow!

Saturday 11th August. Down here at the library with the next chapter update unfortunately I arrived with it on the wrong format Diskette not CD (well it was just a piddling text file).
So it will now be monday morning. When you should get a couple instead unless my weekend turns out more fun than expected!
