i had no problem with that it not sad anything when i was 20km away chasing an ship
this shoudl be improved in the next version, i've been working on a few things that should prevent failing the mission as often, unless u try to fail it
That'd be awesome! I've failed such missions quite often by not forming up snappily enough with the flight leader. Last time, I was about ~5kms away from the flight leader when he decided he had no more use for me.

Oh and I have discovered a strange thing. When Khaaks are generated, I can see a very long and very strong beam coming from the Khaak fighter. It is really strange as it looks like some capital ship beam. Any idea what may be causing this?

A few more questions if I may. I have made it to the first lieutenant in Split Military, but I still get missions for cadets and sometime for a Second Lieutenants. And is there some bonus in promotions?
Then I agree with a previous post. To hunt a Raijin in my Nova is usually a nightmare. The same applies for the flight leader. My Nova Raider has a top speed of 145, but sometimes, I get a leader with higher speed. This means that he outruns me and the mission fails. Can this be fixed?

* Improved patrol leader going through gate, less fails, now based on time
* Patrol Leader will stop and wait for you to come through the gate behind him
* Patrol Leader will stop and regroup of any excorts start lagging behind (including you)
* After attack finishes, patrol leader will wait and regroup escorts
* Patrol Leader will detect and attack any other enemy ships within range not just ones created for the mission, doesn't include larger ships (m1/2)
* Some other small improvements to the mission
* Added miltary shipyards for higher frequency of missions, plus ships for sale at higher ranks
I think most of the problems with the mission should now be sorted out, so i can start adding new missions for the next version, should also include some pirate miltary missions
Hmm strange, i thought i updated it, its done now.
Leloa, the exp required for each level is simlar to each guild, so it shouldn't be that much slower, however, the higher levels will be harder because the current missions are designed for only the lower levels so the exp you get is lower, once the other missions are added u should find it wont be as slow.
plynak, just install it straight over the top, the installer will sort out updating it. And no, u dont need emp for this

yust one thing it took me 20 patrols to level 2 that's all
