yeah, thats pretty much all thou have to do

but you need to save and reload your game once the script editor is enabled. that cause any scripts to load automatically, or u could try to load it manually, but its easier just to reload ;)

then you will start to see them in the BBS

Ok, I have found a bug?
I did the BBS for a Cap ship, and went after the Condor, I got myself a Condor, but fitting it with weapons is a pain in the arse.
Because I have all the weapons it can take, however, it wont take the weapons, it automatically puts only ONE weapons in the last slot, so no matter what i do it looks like this.

Empty
Empty
Empty
BPBE
Left Turret
Empty
Empty
Empty
GPPC

I set the empty slots with weapons, but when you close the window, if you go back to the weapons window, it's just reset like this, it only uses the last weapons slot. Weird?

It's all fixed now, not had any duff BBS like it since re-installing the updated version of your Overtune script with the installer. :D

I had the same problem with my boron shark only 6 turrets work :?

Heh, decided to get my first Ray last night. 86M, took control, another 45M to fix the hull... lol

I guess that's the point. ;) It's fine with me, it SHOULD be more expensive. So I've got 130M in it, and it's got 2 25MJ shields and no guns. Awesome. :)

Hello.

I am working on script pack that already has a lot of interesting development like colored names for company names, players vessels, couple interesting player’s military command with pilot’s rank system and etcetera. With author permission, I would like to adapt this script. What do you think?

I have a similar problem with a Zues only takes 1 weapon per bank. Still with the increase in shields i can always ram them :oops:

A nemisis i bought a few days ago was fine though!

well, according to red spot, the problem with the turrets, is that as the ship was spawned as an NPC ship, the turrets are controled by the computer, so you need to reset all the turret commands for it to work properly.

raleksandr, i have no problem with u using my scripts

Ok sorted, you are correct, what you need to do is set all turrets too none under the command all turrets link after that they kind of behave better you can place what ever weapons u want into there correct slots now, but i find that the turret commands seem to reset if you leave the ship and re enter again, the slots stay ok but your turrets commands may well be set to none when re entering ship so u may need to re-issue commands upon entering. Quite usable this way :)

Wheres my ship? why cant you put it in site? its in a pirate sector..i spend my hard earnt cash on a rip off ship i at least want to be able to find the damn thing after i bought it,where the hell is it? even with a triplex scanner i cant see a titan or any defending ships and im getting annoyed.the stupid coordinates in this game suck so bad.

its usually outside scanning range. just use the move to position command, and set it to the correct position, when u get close, it will appear on the radar

I got right up to the coordinates and there was no titan >.< dont tell me the pirates have conned me out of 70mill? im also running your merc script will that conflict with this 1?

[Edit] Great,now when i jump into a system my game crash's -.- why is this happening?

[Edit2]Ok so i stopped running the merc script and it no longer crash's but still the ships and defenders are not turning up,it takes my credits give me the sector and coordinates and when i get to them theres nothing,no yaki no M2 nothing,why is this happening and only to me? makes no sense and its very very annoying as its taken so much of my game time up this morning that i could have used rasing my rank with the damn destroyer i paid for!

are you sure ur going to the correct coordinates ?

the only thing i can think of that will stop it showing up is if there is a planet in the way, bu its very rare that it happens.

remember with the cooridnates, when you goto move to position, you move it to the first and third coordinates, then press insert to mobe the middle one. if you have triplex scanners, you should see the ships before you get really close

I have a triplex scanner,i move to the coords given using the move to position command,theres no ships at all,no yakis nothing.I am in the correct sector and the pirates take my money.

I dont understand this,i goto the sector,move to the corrds (its the middle of the map) and theres nothing there,i tried reloading the scripts,tried running this alone after deleting the merc script and still no ship appears.They take my money,give me the coords yet theres no prize to be claimed.

Cycrow, slight fun problem here. :)

I run the 'No Trash' mod (modified 440001 file) in the EMP cat, so I don't get all that wasted 'news' items, (still get destroyed stations, which is useful) and the TycBBS pack 1.

I do get alot of 'mission' or usefull stuff (like buying transporter devices/salvage insurance). But often, 2 or more Lottery sales. :)

Cycrow, I've "bought" two capital ships, both Paranid (M1 and M2) via the BBS, and have discovered that both of them have problems with assigning weapons to turrets. I use the Self Repairing Hull Technoology with HRT's to fix them up after killing all the pirates and taking control of the ships. Not sure why the Odysseus and Zeus I got in this fashion were "defective". The turrets will not accept changes to the gun loadouts, and I can't add guns to each turret area.

Don't have this problem with other ships that I've bought through the usual fashion. Any ideas?
