Guess they should only appear at the BBS on pirate stations, shouldn't they?

cycrow what do you think about my idea on page 4? I cant go into split sectors because of low reputation so it would be a nice way to regain reputation.

i might make a reputation hack at some point, once i've figured out exactly how the notariety works in x3

* Fixed displaying of pirate capitol ships in only pirate bases
* Added reputation hacks
* Reduced prices slightly on station and gate positions
* Added gate and station locations in pirate docks as well

Reputation Hack

Available from pirate stations, a pirate hacker will offer to hack you race reputation to you can b ecome more friendly with them
the cost will vary depending on how bad your reputation is.
This will only be available if you have a low reputation and will put you up to just a bout friendly terms, ie midway up the ranks
if your already that high, then you wont be able to use it to go higher

i havn't tested it with the story, so i really dont know
but my guess is that it wont work, it will try to hack but ur rep will just be changed back to what it was

this script only effects the bbs, so if its not part of the bbs, then its not from this script

the tagged bit is for the self reparing hull script, so it doesn't allow it to be used on the capitol ships, you have to repair it urself instead

Regarding to my dictionary "notoriety" means to be known or famous (for something). Guess with the script it means, that this will activate the possibility to pay for your crimes. You are known for having committed these crimes....or something like that

if you accidentally attacked some friendly ships and they became red, you can use this command to pay them and they will 'forget' and become friendly again. very useful...

Agree, english is the easier language to learn. But only a few of my mods I'm currently using are not german. Playing a game in the mother language always makes it easier to follow the story...as long as the translators did a good job .

PS: Just had a look at the text-file and found this: "Im sorry, seems i was caught by the XYZ trying to hack the details and now you have even worse reputation, im outta here!!"

I have this installed but they have stopped offering me any Cap Ships .Is this normal or is something wrong ???

they should still offer cap ships in pirate stations
