WIP - [MOD][X3:AP] Miner mod

This mod was requested by - Skorne Tet'Zu in this topic.

Mod features:

- Replaced 30+ vanilla stations - Solarpower plant, Crystal fab, Trading, Equipment docks, Shipyards, Military Outposts, Headquarters, ...
- Remove all asteroids from the all vanilla sectors (except - Terran, Pirate, Xenon, Khaak sectors)
- New sectors
- 23 New asteroid models - with tunnels, caves, colored crystals
- 21 New planets
- Remove about 20 - 50% Silicon and Ore stations into the all vanilla sectors - in this case requirement of Silicon and Ore will rise up and player will be much more interested to mining asteroids
- Make new sectors very dangerous - increase enemy activities into these sectors - Pirates, Khaak, Xenon, ...




Mod development progress:

- Remove all asteroids from the all sectors (except - Pirate, Yaki, Xenon, Khaak, Unknown sectors) - done
- Create 23 new asteroids with tunnels, caves, colored crystals and with new unique textures - done

- Add 21 new planets with new textures - done
- Replaced 30+ vanilla stations - Trading stations, Equipment docks, Shipyards, Headquarters, ... - complete by 99%
- Add new sectors (Unknown sectors only) - complete by 30%
- Remove 20 - 50% Silicon and Ore stations in the sectors - next to do
- Make new sectors very dangerous - increase enemy activities into these sectors - not started yet

Mod development progress update:
==========================
Created more 13 new asteroids
Created 21 new planets
Finished by 99% to replacing 30+ vanilla stations
Add 30 new sectors into the new map (need only to populate they with asteroids, planets, ...)

Also planning to create new TS class ships for almost all race, 1 - 3 new TS ships for each race
