Hello,
I'm using the PHQ and I like quite much but the production cycle time for the ships is really long sometimes. Isn't it possible to make a script to shorten that time, in exchange of money of course... like ten millions per hour or something like this.
PHQ production cycle time

Yes/no. You can increase the multiplier in the hq.xml. This will decrease the production time. It's a little moot tho, if you want to increase the cost, you have to increase the ship's relval in TShips, but this is the number the multiplier uses in hq.xml to figure the production time.
I had a post explaining how it works in a thread from a few weeks ago.
Also, any changes to the HQ.xml, won't take affect in-game if you've already got one. It'll only work on new ones.
Edit: after an excruciating 30 minutes of seraching...I found the other thread:

Regarding the matter that only new games will have the "updated" HQ perhaps there is trick: there is a script who allows to relocate the stations, perhaps it works with the HQ too forcing the game to read this HQ.xml file when the HQ is placed in the game again.fud wrote:I had a post explaining how it works in a thread from a few weeks ago.

depends how the relocating works, if it destroys the target station and creates a new one, then the changes should take effect
however, u can relocate it by simply moving it to another sector, this wont cause the changes to take place.
but it means u should be able to use the cheat scripts to create a new upgrade HQ but adding the HQ to a TL and deploying it, then u can just destroy the old one
