It is possible to change the timings of the RE?
Or add additional station commands to have an improved RE say reduced RE/build times for 2x/3x/4x/5x the resources?

Not by scripting, though it should be possible by modding. You can, of course, mimic the build process of the HQ in a script, and get it to use different resources/time, but it would use a command from the command menu - you couldn't tie it to the current interface. RE is not possible to script, at least afaik.

Is there a way to influence the timing of an RE/Build ship via scripting? I don't mean change the time from 4 hrs to 1, but making a 4 hr job in progress jump ahead 30mins without SETA.
If it's possible, then a pouring in of additional resources and credits (presumably by hiring more staff and buying more assembly nanobots) could accelerate the RE/Build.

Too bad I guess; perhaps the only way is to add station commands to duplicate the RE/build mechanisms. Takes alot of the coolness out of it tho...
