CaptainShack --- Sorry my comp is being a POS. For how well maintained it is... it's starting to die out.

Also, point taken... But in a logical sense, I'd try and place S.I. in places where people start, at minimal.... Logically.

Edit: So I do gather that this mod is running off of Vanilla, in which Vanilla has the shields and SI at the specified locales.... It's just a little frustrating that I spend 2-4 hours trying to make money and staying alive in a TIE Fighter with no shields and one M4 or M3 will destroy me in seconds....

Currently uploading update 0.66B

Added SI to Imperial Equipment docks and outposts in Imperial starting sector.
Starting Tie now start with 2x5MW shields instead of none and max shield count increased to 3 (Use the Ties speed to your advantage, fighters with more shields are slower, 10MW is enough to take a few hits and run to recharge, then strike again, SFS Tie lasers are powerful).
You also start with 8 x spare lasers, sell em and buy shields.

Now you should be able to dock with any ship at Bespin.

Nice!!! I have no problem starting anew. I'm dead beat broke anyway. I might stand a chance now. :P

Also, before I came to this mod, I had a small fleet (Wolf, Atlas, Tiger, Polacca, many small fighters, Argon Fighter Carrier, and steady income with 380Mil) and had gotten used to flying the Wolf, a lot.I can shame myself for small bash as I'm also not used to flying an M5 with a mouse.

I have problems!!

Game not starting, keep getting a "IMGDLL.dll not found" error, reinstalling the game, keeping fingers crossed

With your recent update? If so, ouch....


Maybe a shot in the dark.... If you can find the file, change it to IMG.dll

That's not my area of known knowledge.

That thing makes we want to play as the empire so badly.. and I'm always Rebel. O.o I think another teaser video is in order once that suckers implemented in the next version.

There seems to be a bug with the HWK-290. It has an acceleration of over 200m/s/s, faster than it's actual top speed. Meaning it's the fastest accelerating and stopping ship in the game and in fact accelerates faster than you can move the throttle.

I have a couple thoughts.. If so possible.

The Tie Advanced, should look more like the following, rather than the Tie Starfighter model...

There are two kinds of Tie Advanced in the game, one is Darth Vaders type named "Tie Advanced" like the one you showed and the other is just a upgarde of the standard Tie named "Tie/LN Fighter-Advanced".
