This script is a hoot... I have emptied every solar power plant in the universe of energy cells powering my complexes.... And Argnue Beef fab... and sunflower fab... and soya bean fab.... Cahoona bakery... and several others... And am the supplier of almost every good in the universe nearly to the exclusion of every other fab.
The profit/hour I am turning over is really impressive... and the universe's economy is working a lot better.

CAG will supply its homebase with ressources from any station, even npc ones. I think, you are in need of the Commodity Logistics Software.medieval midget wrote:Is this the script I need to make my traders supply my factories using my own stations? Hi,
Just downloaded the script and installed it but i cant seem to get it to run.
- I have installed the "Befehlsbibliothek" Libraries and the Commercial Agent.
- The first time i ran the script, it said something about a language file missing so i just copied the t and scipt folders into the game folders again.
- Second attempmt: Looks like there is no Language file missing anymore now.
- The problem now is that even with everything equipped and homebase assigned, the "Start Commercial Representation" is still grey.
That is where i am stuck right now. I have a couple of scripts running (all with the Plugin Manager exept for this one)

Is the freighter docked at a station, so a pilot can enter the freighter? Or is a pilot already inside its cockpit (not in the cargo bay)? If not, dock the freighter to any station and try to start the CAG command while that freighter is docked.Vaan Dawn wrote:- The problem now is that even with everything equipped and homebase assigned, the "Start Commercial Representation" is still grey.

You have installed the BP-Version over the current and newer version? You should uninstall the current version before. Why do you have installed the BP?D10 wrote:I installed 2.6 and the bonus pack, restarted all my CAG ships (had stopped them before when tracking the bug) and voila, the game freezes within an hour.

I thought the most recent version would be in the bonus pack? I had uninstalled previous versions before though if I remember correctly. You have installed the BP-Version over the current and newer version? You should uninstall the current version before. Why do you have installed the BP?
What should I do now?
Uninstall the bonus pack and install CAG only as a script and not as the bonus pack?

I think you can install new CAG on top of Bonuspack. Some files get overwritten though. But then again, AFAIK no unsigned script is older than in the BP. (Haven't checked the afterburner though.)
Note: the latest CAG was released the same day as the BP. No way it could have gotten through testing and into the BP pack that quickly.

Thanks for the incredible scripting Lucike! I just have one question - if I set 'Minimum Jump Range' to 0, will CAG/CLS pilots utilize in-sector jumps to save time? I'm using the current version, not the BP version, and I believe that allows jumping to center as well, so that would save a lot of time if a pilot is stopping at many stations within a large sector.

Is there any way to disable intermediate product trading? I noticed that BP's version of CAG tends to empty my balanced complex of the resources instead of selling products. For some reason my CAGs were ignoring the limits and selling Bofu when it was only about 10% of capacity. I had to blacklist all intermediate products as a result.

How do the various % limits work with respect to the Xenon Hub? I want to set up some CAGs to purchase missiles, satellites, and fighter drones and use the Hub as a resupply base. However, the storage capacity of the Hub is quite large for some of these wares -- you could spend millions filling it with satellites, for example. I want to limit the CAGs to only buying a certain number, if possible, or at least reduce the stock goals across the board using the CAG % limits.
Can this be done? Which % limit will affect how much of the dock's capacity a CAG will fill?
