I remember a script like that from last year. Look in the old threads or on one of the Script web sites and you should find it. But it might have been just for one station at a time.
It's not that hard to make friends with the Split and Paranid, you start off almost there. Two or three pirate ships should do it. Or build a solar power station in their sector. When they buy from it your rating will get better. Just be careful which TL you hire to transport it, don't use their enemies.
