Does anyone know any good downloadable programs (preferably small) that can unzip rar files? I am trying to download a script but it is in rar format and I don’t have a way to unzip it.

search for rar compression
I'm pretty sure it will return a ton of programs that will do it with ratings and comments etc.

I found a free rar/zip unpacker here it looks like it will do everything you need without a massive download!

I prefer 7zip as it supports many file formats, including RAR. And it's totally free.
