Paranaid Pegasus...a split ship?

It always puzzled me. Most of us know the Split like fast, weak sheilded ships with high firepower. Now they have the fastest of each ship class except M5 (the peggy is faster) and M2 (the KM2) and as fa as I know the peggy would be better suited to the Split if it's firepower was traded with the Jaguar.

What do you think?

The Paranid are very paranoid and suspicious, they need a quick scout ship for all the spying they do.

The Paranid are also very technical. In X-Tention there was a mission where you have to get the prototype Persius from a pirate. You either captured it or you destroyed it. Back then the Persius was the best ship in the game in my opinion. Its still great in this game too.

it has barely enough guns to kill itself with, which is a serious threat at those speeds. It's not a fighter at all, it's a rapid scout...or you can stick a load of softwares onto it, and send it to that remote wharf to software up your future STs
