Yup, bought it, installed it, played it, uninstalled it, took it back.Eagle wrote:....what 'space sim' should I be playing now (not I-War!)

There are loads of Amiga emulators around--just do a Google search for WinUAE, for example. The biggest problem, though, is that the emulators can't legally include the Amiga Kickstart ROM--I think WinUAE tries to include enough of a "clean room" version for games to boot, but you would get better results by copying the actual ROM from an old Amiga, should you have one lying around.pointer88 wrote:You could always go back to Elite Frontier 2 on the Amiga 1200....or get an emulator or something to run it on the PC......if you can find an emulator can you tell me?

I've played the whole game. It was alright, but I still think the best space combat simulation of all time is TIE Fighter.Thalass wrote:X-Wing Alliance! Most excellent game! I only ever played the demo, but I loved getting into the turret of the T-1400 ( is it T?) and blasting away at ships! hahaha!
