Hi, i´m S.M.V.P.(my english isn´t good, sorry :) ) I have one fiction.
Capturing buidings : if enemy building have less than 10% shield, then your transport ship can dock into it, and if transport ship carries marines, then start the battle and if you have more marines, than is in enemy hangar, building is ours :D

i think he simply stating an idea he had

personally i dont want to be able to cap buildings

rather blow em up! :twisted:

Ahhh! Missed it completely.

I agree, no reason to capture buildings. Build them yourself if you want...

Quite frankly, like Simonance's idea for a splice between Ut2k4 and x2 capping, it seem very unlikely to happen, nor would i want it to.

Okay, i write here some example of action.
You will capture a building.
1. Enemy building have marines(product. you will buy marines for example in shipyard)
2. your ship start attack on the enemy building
3. if enemy building have less than 10% shield, you can land on it.
4 you land into enemy station, and when you lands, the marines are automaticaly unloaded from you cargo pod, and start fighting.
5 if you have more marines than enemy station, your marines capture the station.

Those remaining marines are used to garrison the factory - you can't add to them. That would make things interesting.

If you only win by one marine, that's all you have left to defend the station :lol:

maybe yes, you can left all remaining marines in the station, but the station mustn´t have any marines. But then is easier to capture :D
