How do you assign the destroy target script to a keyboard ?

I am really new to this so i need Help

I want to assign the destroy target script to "Shift T" after selecting my Target. I need this in the " scan old gate " section. I want to destroy all the mine's before I get to close. (and any pirate that try's to destroy my ship while I am away.)

Also I would then be able to assign any cmd after your help.

a) you cant assign anything to a key
b) use some rockets or fighterdrones to destroy those mines
