Makeing BBS missions?

Can someone get me started on this. Where are the files that run this besides the 440001.xml file. There are other scritps that make the missions work, where are they located? I can use them as examples if someone can point the way.

I think you cannot make BBS missions only in script language.
You have to join DevNet, sign non-disclosure agreement and then you can write mission in 'KC'. Entries in 440001.xml are only texts for these missions (useful for localization).
