I can't log in to my account.

It would be a lot easier to help you if you gave us some information to work with. Start by telling us which version of the game you are running, and whether you're playing on Windows or Linux. I'm also not sure what you mean by "account number" as login is by name, not number. Finally, the only other advice I can offers is that the password is case-sensitive, so be careful to ensure that you get that right.

I have the same problem,8.0Beta 5,windows10 up to date.playing in China
login in game with correct password says unable to connect.
login in game with wrong password says incorrect username or password.
log.txt says
[=ERROR=] 1.70 OnlineManager::OnError(): function 'session()' returned 'ERR_CONNECT_FAILED'
[=ERROR=] 27.11 curl_easy_perform() failed: SSL connect error
last year I can login without problem.

The confusing part is the game knows password is wrong,is that means the connection is fine?

The authentication may be separate from the data, which would explain the password thing. And the firewall may not be yours.

One last thing,I am playing x4 with lossless scaling,it boosts fps with framegen,but has one little problem,the in game mouse cursor become very tiny and pixelated,any way to avoid this
