I found something that to me looks like a bug. I am attaching a save. There is an L miner in Frontier Edge that is harassed by small Xenon ships which are totally harmless to it. The miner has been in flee order for quite long and its behaviour is completely ridiculous:
1) It flees through the gate to Savage Spur. It gets attacked in the Savage Spur
2) It flees through the gate to Getsu Fune. It gets attacked in Getsu Fune
3) Go to step (1) in an infinite loop
I tried to change reaction to attack but there is no reaction that would make any sense. Why would I make L miner to attack Xenon ships with mining weapons? It doesn't make sense. Why would L miner flee from the ships that can't harm it? That doesn't make sense too. I tried to manually put order to dock at my station. It followed my manual order for 2 seconds before it got hit and another useless "flee" override was triggered.
Am I asking too much to have a reaction to attack that says just "continue with your normal business"? Sometimes I love X4 so much and other times it's just pure frustration.

Maybe I am missing some secret command how to make my L miner to dock at my station. All that I was able to find in behaviour are option to attack and flee.

Before anyone including devs would want to download and load a save, they would want to know the game version, what DLCs are active, and whether modded/edited or vanilla.
A dog has a master; a cat has domestic staff.

It's vanilla game with all DLC active. I never use any mods, the save is unmodified. I am member of beta but I believe we are not in beta now, that's why I post here.
Some improvements come to my mind:
1) Increase damage taken for L ships in order to proceed with flee order. It feels ridiculous that L miner flees because of S ship
2) If a gate is used for flee in both directions then BLOCK the gate if the ship is still in flee behaviour. The sector is probably not save either if it happens
3) Allow us to override flee and attack behaviours with "just proceed with your business" because none of the options is relevant for the miner in the attached save
