It's not easy to reproduce and might be specific to certain systems. More proper reports in the beta forum, including save, dxdiag and vulkaninfo could help the devs to indentify the cause and fix the issue.

Oh, i did not even see there way a DevNet section in this forum.
It seems to be the same issue, as reported there.
Is the DevNet section a better place to report feedback ?

The Public Beta Feedback forum, which is where those linked posts are, has a sticky thread at the top explaining what it's for and how to post there. It is specifically for issues with the Public Beta, i.e. bug reports and feedback on feature changes (there are none of the latter in this Public Beta). It is not the place for feature requests, so most of your other posts are in the right place, right here in the main forum.
And since you seem to have found that forum now, please read that sticky thread. It specifically asks people not to add "me too" posts to existing reports unless they are also adding new information, savegames and so on.
