as a user, pls let me set the "buy up to" to 0 for stuff i don't wan't to buy
Especialy for Terrans that get listed all the universal stuff because of timelines ships....

This is especialy needed, because terran Shipyards love doing somthing like this:

You can block unwanted trade with trade rules.

Make a "No Trade" rule that forbids trade with everybody, use it for wares you don't want to buy.

You can block what stuff your traders will actualy buy with trade rules

But not what the trader logic will try to buy
If but the onwanted goods on "restrict everyone" traders asigned to the station will look like this:
And that causes them to derp out, and not actualy restock the terran goods because the other goods have a higher priority
