[Proposal/Feature Request] Allow player to hire captain from ship equipment screen.

Currently you can hire/fire crew through ship equipment screen on wharves, shipyards and equipment docks... that applies to all crew except captain.

Captain is a checkbox which cannot be removed once set.

Reasoning:

Aside from quickly replacing the NPC with another species, this would you to hire captains from AUX ships. With a few tweaks, it should be possible to make it so the game picks most skilled captain by default. And that would allow you to quickly reassign previously rescued fighter wing pilots.

Personally, I've never understood why a pilot is forced on a player when buying a new ship. Sometimes, especially early game, that new ship is for my personal use and I don't need another pilot just to have to fire them. And later on, if I'm mass buying, say miners, it's a real pain having to fire all the generic pilots in order to install my own, well-trained ones. A working checkbox to select whether I want a new pilot would be great.

Any Player's Wharf/Shipyard should have allocated size for pilots whose you can transfer from PHQ or other ships. The way it already applied to the PHQ. On the ship loadout screen there should be a checkbox if you want one of the pilots in the list jump in or hire a generic one otherwise.

But all this doesn't matter as convenient pilot assignment obviously not a priority in the development list as it was asked so many times before that I get tired counting.

1) Have a vessel with huge crew capacity.
2) Transfer skilled pilots there.
3) Select the vessel and open crew info on the right
4) Right click on the ship you want skilled pilot at.
5) "Transfer crew" -> "Exchange captains"
6) On the crew info "promote best pilot to the captain"
7) When there are no veteran pilots left -> fire all of the rookies -> move to the step 2.

Rinse and repeat [4-6] steps for number of ships in the row.
