Egosoft Blender Mod Tools Download Link Not Working - Fixed.

I am trying to download the blender mod tools for X4 and whenever I try and download from the link, it gives me error 404

Confirming the issue with the bonus content Blender link here and as also described here. Notified to devs.

EDIT: All fixed now.
