[#3868] Build Storage no longer next to station under construction but inside PHQ rock

I am building a new factory station in Heretic's End, which also happens to be the location of the PHQ. For a while everything was going smoothly, wares with no restrictions were being purchased and delivered, and wares restricted to my faction were being transferred from the PHQ and another station (also in Heretic's End) where the production modules were located.

However, after some time I noticed that restricted wares were no longer being delivered from my production factories in Heretic's End. Okay, I thought, sometimes minor glitches happen, so I manually ordered a freighter to pickup the wares, first from the PHQ, and deliver them to the new station which is around 60km away. Oddly, I noticed it trying to dock *inside* the huge rock in the center of the PHQ. Puzzled, I teleported to it, took control, flew to the new station, and gave control back to the pilot, who then tried to fly *back* to the PHQ to deliver the wares to the new station's build storage.

I opened up the new station's plan and saw that the build storage dock is nowhere to be found. A few other stations I've built all have the build storage dock except this one.

What to do? Even if I try to deconstruct the station to build elsewhere I won't be able to retrieve all the materials from the 'misplaced' build storage inside the PHQ rock. (

Edit: Forgot to mention that the construction vessel is parked underneath the PHQ next to the rock and I can see the build drones zipping back and forth from there to the new station.

I ended up working around the problem. I vaguely remembered that NPC ships can fly through objects when you're OOS. That's when the realization hit me that initial construction had been occurring without issue because I was OOS for much of the time. Eventually I had returned to Heretic's End and stayed while doing other tasks which is when I noticed the transport ships trying to fly into the PHQ asteroid. So I went OOS, deconstructed the station and had my transport ships move all the materials out. Tedious, but it worked.

The station in question is the Claytronics factory north-west of the PHQ on the map. If you open the Plan Build, you'll notice the build storage is not next to the factory/station as it normally should be.

Anyway, I was able to recreate the station without issue afterwards, while in sector. Subsequently I made very sure that the build storage was right where it was supposed to be when creating new stations.
