unauthorized kills

I been having this problem and i can"t find a solution.
unauthorized kills lost rep without doing nothing. after i made SCA and BUC able to be my friend i begun to avec unauthorized kills and lost of rep with ARG.
I stopped all trades and miner from defende them self. always escape. Even them i got some unauthorized kills next to my trading station even if the trading stations dont have turrents!
Can someboddy helt to understand the problem.
