[Feature Request] SETA hotkey from terraforming menu

It's possible to toggle SETA on/off from the map screen which is great for empire management. However some other menus lock out the hotkey, such as the terraforming menu. This means every time you want to turn SETA on or off you have to navigate to the map first, which can be quite sluggish while SETA is active.

It'd be great if we could use the SETA hotkey from more menus, especially the terraforming one.
