[solved] fix obstructed signal leak scanner - toggle control mode messages

In my game I like to set UI scaling >1.2. That causes the HUD element for the signal leak scanner to be obstructed by the "Steering Mode Activated" message. If either the message would move vertically when scaling or be replaced by a proper HUD element both could be recognised without impedance.

I'm curious, does game telemetry report the use of the UI scaling feature? Would ES share some of their insights?

Can't vote in the poll, both options are 50% correct. I do use UI scaling, however this issue does not affect me because I turned off control mode messages years ago.
