[#3705][7.5] Shuffle modules resets weapons loadout

When building a station, if the player assigns a turret/shield loadout to any modules placed and then selects to shuffle the modules around and see what arrangement has been provided, all modules lose their turret/shield loadout be it defence, storage or anything like that. I'm guessing this isn't because shuffle is moving the placed modules around to a new configuration and instead creating copies of the modules there and moving them around?

If this is intentional that's fine I'll just need to remember to fill all the slots after the shuffle...

I give the defence module a PAR loadout with turrets and shields, shuffle the modules around and then when I check the loadout of the defence module the turrets have been cleared.

I've not attached a save file as I can replicate this behaviour using the Station Planner start.
