Am I just being daft here or is it somehow not possible for a player piloted large ship to dock at an Aux ship? I'm piloting a Heron E generously donated from SCA and attempting to dock at my TER Honshu which is in the same sector next to me. I cannot use Shift +D to request docking permissions as the Honshu has no L/XL docking capability for me to park at. There are also no clear commands within the UI for me to "Park at here and allow me to get fixed".
I've had to pull an NPC from the Honshu and ask them to Repair/Resupply at the ship so clearly it's possible...just doesn't look like it is for me? If I am being thick and it's the wrong command please feel free to thwack me with a newspaper and I'll be on my way.

So far it haven't been possible for player to dock L-size ship to Aux. For some (weird) reason NPCs can do that.
L-size freighters try dock to Aux and perform trading (station automated trading tasks) but most of times they failed. Repairs seems to work when NPC does that.
I think repairs came possible for NPCs in version 6.x (I jumped that over and went straight to 7.x).
