7.5 unmodded scientist start

Save spawns in on a travel mode to a guidance point. Turn autopilot on and speed will be just under 3km/s. Turn autopilot off and it will raise up to 5.something km/s. Turn autopilot on again, drops back down to 3km/s

EDIT: As a note, I am in a fleet in this save but max speed of the fighters in fleet are 3.9km/s not the 2.95km/s I was reaching, and it was sometimes reaching full travel speed and sometimes being held back, but this was a prime example of the holdback
