Modder expertise needed

Recently I learned that a mod that I LOVE hasn't been supported for a LONG time.
Recently it's completely broken on me.
I used to mod in X3, but that was a long time ago, and I don't remember much of how any of it works now.

So looking for a modder that is willing to help/guide me through trying to fix this MOD:
