[Suggestion] Tide: scramble instead of flee

In my current game, I lost an M transporter to the Tide because it received the Flee command when it was just a few km from the destination station. It turned around to the jump gate which was much farther away.

So, my suggestion is to create a new automatic command "scramble", which orders the ship to do the nearest of the options below:
a) land at the nearest station
b) flee through the nearest jump gate (in the case of the Tide, to a non-Avarice sector)

This command could also be used manually in the cases where a player wants a threatened ship to land anywhere.
