[Suggestion/QoL] Release player controls immediatelly after saying Goodbye to an NPC

When player selects the generic "Goodbye" option in the dialog with random NPCs, it is still necessary to either wait for NPC to finish its dialog line or to interrupt it using the skip input control to be able to walk away.

It would be better if the game would just let the player regain the movement controls without this additional step (the dialog audio can finish playing as the player walks away).
