Problem in start game

Good day. The last time I launched X4 was in 2024, everything was fine. Now I bought Hyperion, launched the game and ran into a problem. After the Timelines splash screen, the main menu appears, but every 3-5 seconds it disappears and reappears. That is, a flickering effect is obtained. When the menu is visible, you can interact with it, but starting the game with a choice of different options is quite problematic. Similar behavior occurs if you change the graphics settings in the game (for example, from medium to high). Fps in the menu (taking into account the dynamic splash screen) 10 frames / second.
Having discovered this problem, I deleted the game and reinstalled it. Updated the video card driver (rtx 3070). The problem was not there the first time I launched it after the update, but it appeared again the second time.
The game is without mods, with all the DLC.
If you reinstall the drivers in the nvidia application, then the first launch of the game immediately after that has no problems. Although the game slows down a lot (the beginning of the game, without a bunch of satellites and only 10 percent of the map is open).
Config: i5 -13600KF, 32 gb RAM, rtx 3700 Ti, win 11, game installed on ssd (280 gb free).
Any ideas or thoughts on what's going on and how to fix it?

Please see the 'Read before Posting' sticky at the top of this forum about the information that helps the devs to investigate issues, and how to get and provide it. In this case, a link to a current DxDiag may be very useful to help to identify such issues.

You *might* be suffering a prior weakness with Intel 13th/14th cpus that X4 (especially with DLCs) will stress when using a powerful graphics card and is enough to expose the problem as system/app instability.

I know that you reinstalled X4, but please make sure that *all* files from any prior 3rd party mods are gone, and that you have verified your game installation after the reinstall.
