7.5 The past a prison step 5 *BUG*

I go through the quest line when I get to step 5 we fly to woodworm scrubs, apon arriving the questline does not continue and Axiom does not get up and leave the ship. When I goto the elevator there is no selection for prison. I have tried so many different ways, have gone back and replayed from several lines back. If there is a way to force progression That would be great; but I cannot proceed for now unless someone has a way to get the quest to continue.
