Hi,
I shared this bug report during the beta, which popped up directly after an update. It appeared to be linked to the UI Glow effect, in that it was more prevalent when the effect was OFF, but lessened when on by varying degrees as described. This issue continued in to v7.5 release version, I learned to (try to) ignore it.
nVidia released their 572.60 drivers recently, and I updated (from 572.42) to see if the issue was resolved. It is! The various UI elements affected by this issue are now rendered just fine, I've not noticed another instance of the issue thus far.
Just thought I'd share in case anyone else experienced this issue, 572.60 seems to resolve it finally.
FYI, I'm using a 3070 with Windows 10. I play at 1440p.

Interesting. Thanks for letting us know that the new drivers have resolved it.
