Pause after load and look at FRK Scrapyard I. You will notice nearby there is an SCA Minotaur Raider, undisguised. Note that the station's fire override tells it to kill SCA, that the station is armed, and its turrets are set to attack all enemies.

Unpause the game and watch for a few minutes. The SCA ship will stop near the station, and after a while, make it eject cargo. By the way, I notice it doesn't bother to collect any. Is that script broken? Reload the save, but this time, mark the ship hostile just to be sure. Somehow, even still, things play out the same way.

Now reload again. This time teleport to the station and go to F3 view of the Minotaur. Note that, still, no response comes from the station. BUT! If you mark it hostile AND you are present on the station, suddenly, the turrets work again! Although the plasma turrets shoot way off at first, they are perfectly capable of shooting at the ship. Even the shorter ranged L pulse hit it.

This may actually be more than one issue, it's hard to be sure. But the end result is very annoying. If I go to the trouble of arming something and setting it up to shoot a particular target, I want it to shoot that target at every chance it gets, not just when I'm standing over its shoulder pointing and shouting "fire". Something in these settings is not doing what it claims.
