It would appear that the players station is not repairing or launching defense drones.
I have a defense station in Hatikvah's Choice blocking the gate. As it has fought, the damage bar lowers. But there is only one out of fourty eight repair drones fixing things and when I watch, no defense drones will launch from the dock even with large fights.
