Hi Egosoft Team and Community,

I’m experiencing a persistent crash issue with X4: Foundations after a recent update. The game briefly shows the startup screen .It will pop up a window saying has encountered a problem and Checking for a solution to the problem....But eventually it closes on its own,but closes immediately without error messages. I’ve tried multiple fixes but none worked. has encountered a problem

You should post this in technical support to get het help faster.

But I would advice to delete your game completely and also remove all remaining files or folders for your drive after the delete so there is no trace of it.
Then do a resinstall.
If this doesn't work then I think it something about your graphic driver that doesn't work properly. updating your drivers and checking of it works properly.
