Hey all,
This has happened one too many time to be a coincidence now. Basically, a Station of mine has some of its modules Destroyed. However, it has a Builder assigned and ample resources available. But it does not start rebuilding. I can watch for an hour, and the module showing next in the list of "Planned and Changed Modules" - aka the first of the destroyed one - DOES NOT start building. Period. I decided to do a Save / Reload cycle as this has instantly started the Module building upon reloading many times. Well, I assumed it was the reloading of the save that did it, but that does not appear to be the case...
This happened again to me just now. Module hadn't started building for a good hour. I SAVED and was about to reload when I noticed the Module instantly started rebuilding after the save process was complete.
Has anyone else noticed this bug? I've experienced it a number of times now, but really thought it was the reload that "fixed" things. It's the act of SAVING that wakes the game up. Strange but true.
Obviously I cannot provide any evidence of this for a formal bug report as the Save just shows a station rebuilding destroyed modules as it should. The game state is NOT preserved.

still that same save could be used, ego could destroy a module and wait
Fixed ships getting spawned away from ship configuration menu at resupply ships from automatically getting deployables.
