I have recently installed the game via Steam I had played last about 18 months ago. I bought the DLC's I did not have. When I fired up the game I tried changing controls for my joystick nothing would change I tried many times (game restarts). I decided to just play without the joystick since yaw control was stuck bound to fire weapons. Played for about an hour then decided to save my game. Not only were there no autosaves but it told me Save game failed. So the game is basically unplayable. Also any settings I do change such as sound or display do not save either.
I do not have any mods or scripts installed.
It is very aggravating
and I have been searching for days now for answers. It seems I am the only person having this problem. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times. I suspect there is a file somewhere that does not get removed with uninstall that is maybe corrupt?
