[#3564][7.50 BUG] station build constructs then deconstructs same module repeatedly

In this unmodded save I have a bare bones ore refinery building in Silent Witness XI. There is only about 1 minute left on the build, beware

Each time I open the "plan build" menu the game rotates my solid storage module around the Y axis, making it appear as if the build has been interrupted. But if you exit the planner, it is still building.

This one actually confused me to death, and I really interrupted my build several times trying to figure out the problem.

and after completing the build it is disassembling my solid storage. wtf

(15:43) now deconstructing it again

This is all happening automatically.... it builds the storage, then deconstructs it, over and over. I have not changed anything except to bring in more construction materials.
