Do factions give missions to build stations in other faction's space?

It seems that the RHA aren't going to expand into FRF territory...
So I need to do something, either by making it neutral and praying the RHA expands there. Or by camping out and seeing if I can get any build missions. Except I don't know if it's even possible.

I believe only TER will give this kind of mission in XEN sectors, while for other factions, you'll need to assist them in completing their defense station first.

Beside MIN and HAT I think rest of factions can give defence station / platform build jobs via war missions.
As RHA is friendly faction towards FRF I don't think they won't expand to families territory.

Ouch, that's gonna be a real pain.
I'll be fine if FRF and CUB are at war with the Boron, but apparently they aren't.

Edit: Also just to confirm, that's NO station build missions at all right? I don't need a defense station mission to tack on an admin station after all.

All standard station-building missions take place within the same sector. I'm not sure if RHA still offers war missions, but I do remember that the war missions against ARG disappeared after the faction split. Not sure if that has changed since then.

Well... There are RHA factories here. And I'm hanging around trying to see if any of them would give missions. Nothing so far besides a FRF for another defense station which would be counterproductive.
But at least good to know that it wouldn't go out of sector, it minimizes where I need to wait.

****, why the hell does the Split plot fracture them in such weird ways. I thought it would be a simple FRF becomes CUB not whatever this mess is. And apparently these guys don't even see Boron as delicacies so they won't go to war with them.

In my LT-game RHA still offers Split vs Argon war missions (played through versions 3.10-7.10hf3) even I established CUB.

Argon vs Xenon missions have dissapeared due Argon have no more direct connection to Xenon sectors. Last place where I was able to get those Argon war missions was Rhak's Dominion as Argon owns 11th Hour and Xenon had Matrix #598.
