[Suggestion/QoL] Option to read out origin sector name for alerts

Over time, player will set-up a number of alerts via "Global Orders" tab in the "Player Information" menu in order to keep track of some of the more important events - like the appearance of Xenon capital ships etc. These alerts can greatly help the player keep track of contested areas and active combat zones in order to avoid large fleet losses.

For each created alert it is possible to specify both custom notification text (for example "Xenon capital ship detected"), and notification sound that is played when the alert is triggered.

The ability to customize notification sound is particularly useful because player can assign different sounds based on alert importance.

One aspect of alerts that player is always interested in is the origin sector. By knowing the sector name, player can both react more quikcly, or even ignore the alert altogether. The location is normally included in the ticker message associated with the alert.

However, ticker message delivery can be unreliable, and requires for player to quickly refocus the sight in order to read it. On the other hand, the sound notification is something that the player will be aware of no matter where it is played.

It would be nice if the player had an option to hear the sector name read out as part of the alert's notification sound, similar to what the ship computer does when entering a sector. For example: "*CLAXON* Alert in: Hatikvah's Choice I" (claxon referring to alert's notificiation sound).
