Game crashes immediately and displays a Drdumps message - Below Minimum Hardware Requirement

Hi Egosoft,

I recently purchased the game but haven't been able to get it running. When I try to launch it from Steam, the game crashes immediately and displays a "Drdumps" message, stating that it is trying to find a solution. The message then closes without any further information.

I have already tried all the solutions I could find on these forums. I have updated all my drivers, attempted to launch the game directly from the installation folder instead of through Steam, and added the game as an exception in my antivirus software. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.

Version and Language: 7.50, English
The game is unmodified and does not use any third-party scripts or mods.

Unfortunately your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the game as it only has integrated Intel Iris graphics hardware. Some older versions of the game did, more by luck than anything else, run on that hardware but the current version doesn't. We are in the process of investigating whether we can make it work again, but since it's below the minimum requirement anyway, we can't make any promises on that front. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
