[Suggestion/QoL] Reduce look-around input sensitivity when using VE goggles while walking

Post by azaghal »

When player is flying a ship, and zooms in the view using the VE goggle controls, the game automatically reduces the sensitivity of steering controls - yaw and pitch in particular. This is very useful because it allows the player to both have a finer control over the ship movements for targeting purposes, and also reduces eventual naussea and disorientation due to viewport moving too fast.

Player can also use the VE goggles when walking to zoom in on the surroundings. However, when walking and zooming in using the VE goggles, the sensitivity of controls for looking around is not reduced. This makes it harder to both focus on desired object/scene, and can become nausseating and disorienting due to how fast the viewport moves. This can be particulalry problematic when using a mouse with high sensitivity.

It would be better if input controls sensitivity for looking around when on foot would be reduced when the player zooms in using VE goggles similar to how it is done when flying a ship.
