Interesting new Yaki feature in new Beta

Hello

There is one interesting point in the new Beta 8 changelog:
Improved Yaki story by allowing player to keep cover ability after completing mission and activate/deactivate it at will.
Anybody tested already how it works maybe?
Is this some kind of installable module or ex. if you picked during the mission Katana the device will stay there?

And how can it be disabled on demand :?

You can set a hotkey to enable/disable cover. And no, it's not an installable module, only the relevant plot ship you picked (afaik). I took the Rodent but i'm assuming it works the same for the Katana.

I dont have the Katana, but the Litigious Rodent (Moreya) works fine, either hotkey or use the new button in the ship menu when piloting the ship.

Sounds nice, it is the unique feature/module after all. I think I will stick with Katana in next playthrough. Good to have it as a hot key!

This is an impressive addition. But in the beta version and on the release, I noticed differences. In the beta version, it was possible to safely attack enemy ships for Yaki, without compromising one's own reputation, and this did not affect the disguise. Now, when attacking any ship or station, the disguise is instantly reset — a strange solution. It would be nice to find this disguise feature in the game files in order to make this disguise as a mod and remove the instant disclosure during an attack.
